Talking about the share of companies in China’s smartphone market, Vivo currently holds 17% share in the market. Huawei is at second place whose market share is 16%. At the same time, Apple’s market share has remained at 15%.
The report says that Apple had to suffer losses in the Chinese market because the support for AI powered features in the iPhone is still very less. Due to lack of these features, iPhones have become unattractive to users in the country. Whereas smartphones of other brands sold in China come with a lot of AI features. This was the reason that the company had to suffer huge losses in annual sales in the Chinese market.

Therefore, the competition for Apple in the premium segment has become even tougher.
