India’s largest telecom company Jio has given a big gift to customers/shopkeepers on the occasion of Republic Day. Jio has launched its Jio Soundpay Service. Through Jiosaudpe, users will now be able to get alert of UPI payments on their phone only. By now you must have seen that when you go to a shop, store etc. UPI payment, a soundbox stays there separately, in which UPI payment alert is received. But now this sound alert will be available on the phone through Jio Soundpay and no soundbox will be required.

Jio Soundpay Service will be free on JioBharat phone. Users will be able to receive payment alerts without any sound box needed. Such facility has been launched in India for the first time on a phone. More than 5 crore traders across the country will get its direct benefit. The company has launched it on the special occasion of Republic Day and special tunes like Vande Mataram have also been added to it.

How to work Jio Soundpay
Jio Soundpay will give immediate alert of any UPI payment that can be heard in more than one languages. This facility will be very useful for small shopkeepers, grocery stores, vegetable sellers etc. and users will be able to save up to Rs 1,500 through it. Currently, a charge of about Rs 125 is to be paid for the sound box. But Jiosaudpe is a free service. Neither a soundbox nor a price is to be paid in it. The user will get a sound payment alert on the phone itself.

Jio India will be service free on phone. The phone was launched at an initial price of just Rs 699. If the shopkeeper also buys a new phone, then it can charge its full price in about 6 months because if Jiosaudpaye will remain free.
