The reason behind this move of the company is being said that it will now focus on Microsoft Teams. That is why an option has also been given to Skype users by Microsoft. Existing Skype users can shift to Microsoft Teams.
Skype users who shift to Microsoft Teams will also have the option to shift their data. Let me tell you that since the company launched Microsoft Teams, she was asking Skype users to come on the team’s platform. It was said on behalf of the company that TEAMS provides all the features with Skype and along with it, there are some other capabilities which are not in Skype.
Microsoft has announced that Skype users can log in to Microsoft Teams from their current creams. Skype users coming to Microsoft Teams will be completely free. Skype users will get all the features free including calling, messaging, file sharing, meeting or community joining the team.
The company says that if a Skype user logs into Teams with its existing creations, then its chats and contacts will come to teams themselves. That is, the users can start further by logging in the teams from where the logs were done in Skype. Users will also have the option to use teams with Skype. But this is only for a few days because both platforms can be used till 5 May. Skype will be closed on 5 May. After that only Teams will be able to use.
